Julie Chen Moonves hosted the popular summer reality show Big Brother which returned to CBS for the 22nd season on August 5. Chen Moonves had been the first of The Talk's hosts and hosts. She hosted and moderated the talk show from 2010 until the year 2018. It was only when she began writing that her passion for writing emerged. She won another Emmy for hosting an exceptional entertainment talk show. The show was hosted by her co-hosts CBS News weekday morning show The Early Show between 2002 between 2002 and 2010. Prior to that, she worked as a reporter with ABC NewsOne, the network's affiliated news service (1992-1995) as well as a desk assistant within ABC News' Los Angeles Bureau (1990-1991) as well as she was finishing her final year in school from the University of Southern California. As a desk assistant in the ABC News late night broadcast Nightline She worked alongside Ted Koppel. He remains an inspiration to her in the field of journalism. Chen Moonves worked with Koppel for the du-Pont-winning Columbia primetime special, Anatomy of a Riot that examined the 1992 Los Angeles riots.
